Sell professional products (Kirkman, Nordic Natural s, Genestics) at list price to my patients for convenience.

No - only for bloodwork I do through PPO's. All patients receive coded insurance forms.
14. Do you bill for laboratory tests done by commercial laboratories? How do you break down the fees?
No.
15. Is there a reason you might not bill for an office visit?
Yes, for a check up - if I prescrived medicine and I want to make sure a week later they are doing well. No charge for emails or phone calls.
