Absolutely, the dietary aspect can be a critical piece in recovery

Yes

I highly encourage using a collaborate approach.

We do provide the convenience of purchasing supplements on site, all of which are offered below list price.

I do not contract with any insurance companies, but I do provide a coded service summary for every visit that can be submitted for reimbursement.
14. Do you bill for laboratory tests done by commercial laboratories? How do you break down the fees?
We work with many different labs, some take insurance, some are biled through my office. When I charge for labs, it is at a discounted price for the patient.
15. Is there a reason you might not bill for an office visit?
I will speak with a patient for10 - 15 minutes to clarify and issue without charging and offer free 15 minute initial consultations.
