No, but it may take a month or so to get in, commonly less.

2.5 - 3 hours
5. After the first consultation, what is the average length of an appointment?
2.5 - 3 hours for second appointment, after that varies (45 minutes - 120 minutes)
6. Are your patients advised to use special diets such as GF/CF, SCD, low-oxalate, etc.?
Yes, baseline treatment
7. Can you collaborate with other specialists we will be dealing with (e.g., gastroenterologists)?
Yes
8. Are you willing to collaborate on treatment and testing with a child’s pediatrician if he/she is receptive?

No, but do provide coded forms for patient submission.

Occassionally- usually not. My fees charged for these tests are minimally above physicians price level.

If very short, sometimes after treatment regime well established.
