Approximately 30 patients; 1.5 - 35 years old

No waiting list, but first appointment will be 6-8 weeks from time of call to schedule.

1 hour minimum, 1.5 hours maximum
5. After the first consultation, what is the average length of an appointment?
Depends on amount of material to be covered. Approximately 20 - 40 minutes.
6. Are your patients advised to use special diets such as GF/CF, SCD, low-oxalate, etc.?

We take Medicaid patients with ASD or ADHD. For other insurers we provide coded forms.
14. Do you bill for laboratory tests done by commercial laboratories? How do you break down the fees?
No
15. Is there a reason you might not bill for an office visit?
Special request by referring individual when patient is low income & uninsured.
