Yes
7. Can you collaborate with other specialists we will be dealing with (e.g., gastroenterologists)?
I am very happy to collaborate with specialists, but at this time Naturopathic Physicians cannot directly refer patients to specialists.
8. Are you willing to collaborate on treatment and testing with a child’s pediatrician if he/she is receptive?
Absolutely!
9. Do you or anyone in your office speak languages other than English?
Yes; some French and limited Spanish
10. Are you willing to offer phone consultations for distant patients?
I prefer to see clients in person for their first visit, but follow up care can be done as a phone consult if needed.

I am available by email and an emergency pager for urgent concerns

Yes.

Visit fees are usually covered by extended benefit plans. I provide detailed receipts for you to submit for reimbursement.
14. Do you bill for laboratory tests done by commercial laboratories? How do you break down the fees?
Yes, depending on the lab. Some are less expensive if the patient pays the lab directly. Some labs are less expensive if billed through our account, in which case there is a small markup to cover our costs.
15. Is there a reason you might not bill for an office visit?
I offer complementary intro consults to visit the clinic, ask questions, and determine if we are good fit.
