Nutritional Therapy including th euse of nutriceuticals, supplements, specific diets, diagnostic tests and interpretation, dealing with known disturbances from methylation, transulfation, gastrointestinal issues and detox

2. Approximately how many individuals with autism have you treated, and what is the age range? 480; ranging from 2 to 10 years

3. Do you usually have a waiting list? 2 weeks

4. On the average, how long do you spend face-to-face with a new patient for an initial consultation? A one and a half hour consultation time is allocated. I devote 5 hour to complete my first prescriptive protocol.

5. After the first consultation, what is the average length of an appointment? One hour

6. Are your patients advised to use special diets such as GF/CF, SCD, low-oxalate, etc.? Each individual is prescribed a specific diet and supplemental regime that is unique to their individual requirements.

7. Can you collaborate with other specialists we will be dealing with (e.g., gastroenterologists)? I have a very stron association with many specialists here in the UK, the US, and Europe.

8. Are you willing to collaborate on treatment and testing with a child’s pediatrician if he/she is receptive? Of course. I may feel pharmaceutical interventions my be appropriate and would rely on collaboration with the individual`s General Practitioner

9. Do you or anyone in your office speak languages other than English? No

10. Are you willing to offer phone consultations for distant patients? Yes, this would ask many questions as to the physical appearance and visible symptoms expressed.

11. Do you provide any form of after-hours support? My day begins at 6 am and finishes at 10pm. I have to be available 24/7 in case the parents of a child become stressed and need reassurance.

13. Do you take insurance? If not, do you provide organized, coded insurance forms? No

14. Do you bill for laboratory tests done by commercial laboratories? How do you break down the fees? I charge for my consultation. The laboratory (s) invoice directly as does the supplement supplier.

15. Is there a reason you might not bill for an office visit? I may not bill if the family has very limited funds for a follow up appointment. If they earn less than 24,000 pounds per annum in the UK only, I would apply for a charitable donation to support biomedical interventions.
