I have products from Kirkman, Klaire labs and Research Nutritionals. Able to obtain products from brain child nutritionals and Lee Silsby compounding Pharmacy. Supplements are sold at list or close to list price.

No.
14. Do you bill for laboratory tests done by commercial laboratories? How do you break down the fees?
Yes, patients are billed separately.
15. Is there a reason you might not bill for an office visit?
If patient requires frequent follow up during initial visit or a short follow up consult. Financial reason.
